Refund and Returns Policy


PumpkaNic Designs are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a purchase.
You are required to let me know of any issues with an item within 7 days of receiving. [Photo evidence will be required with any claims of faults/damage to a product.]
Custom/Personalised orders are not refundable. If you believe your item is faulty please contact me within 7 days of receiving.
If any damage has been caused during transport/delivery of the item then the post office will need to be called to lodge a claim. {I highly recommend paying extra for insurance on orders}.
**If an incorrect item has been sent in place of what you ordered or something is missing from your order - please contact me as soon as possible!
[PumpkaNic Designs reserves the right to offer a store credit of the same amount in place of a refund.]

As per the ACCC guidelines:
If there is a major problem with the product then the product may be repaired, refunded or exchanged. A major problem is when the item:
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it,
  • is unsafe,
  • is significantly different from the sample photo or description,
  • doesn't do what I said it would do, or what it was asked to do and can not be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major then I will attempt to repair the item within a reasonable time. If the item is unable to be repaired or not repaired within a reasonable time frame then you may choose a refund or replacement.

However, as mentioned above - you must let me know of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
If a refund has been agreed upon then the item will need to be returned before the refund is processed.
PumpkaNic Designs reserves the right to deny a refund for a forced return - which is where an item is returned without the customer contacting me beforehand to discuss the issues or the customer sends a message that states they are returning/have returned the item without prior agreement.
